Buying a home begins with a good lender. Why you might ask. Let's talk about that.
Many people think home buying starts with finding a home. Several years ago that was the case, however, things have changed. The Arizona Real Estate Purchase Contract requires the buyer, you, to submit a form called an LSR with your offer. The LSR is a loan pre qualification letter on steroids.
The LSR gives the home seller and you a lot of information about your qualification to obtain a loan. Basically it lets all parties know that you have contacted a lender and they have qualified you for a loan. We've written a pretty through article on the LSR that can be found on our blog site, Urban Life. If you would like to read this piece, just click here.
We have had the opportunity to work with well over a hundred lenders thus far. One has and does stand apart from the crowd. She is the lender we use for our personal real estate purchases and the one we gladly refer to our clients and friends. Below is her contact info.
