Sun View Estates... A Central Phoenix Neighborhood

Sun View Estates is a delightful Central Phoenix neighborhood located west of 7th Avenue just south of Bethany Home Road.

As you enter the neighborhood you'll be greeted by meandering streets, lush vegetation and a number of large pines, palms, mulberries and other trees. Some say it reminds them of the east coast.

The subdivision was created in the 1940's and most of the homes were built between 1946 and 1952. The dominant architectural style is single-story ranch with the homes nestled on 1/4 to 1/3 acre lots. Most of the 85 homes are earth-tone or red brick built with a few modern homes added to the mix.

Sun View Estates is in the much liked central corridor. Access to downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport, metro light rail and many fine restaurants and shops make life sweet here.
